GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF FUZÃO ONLINE SHOP
The Fuzão Online Store does not guarantee in any way to the users that the Contents, products or services offered in the website may fulfill or are able to fulfill the needs and expectations of the users and / or that any error in the software of the website will be obligatorily corrected, noting that no advice or information made available on the website will create any guarantee not expressly provided in these Conditions.
Loja Fuzão Online does not guarantee, likewise, that the contents do not contain inaccuracies, lapses or typographical errors.

If any of the provisions of these conditions are declared void, ineffective, or annulled, this will not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining clauses, which will remain fully in force.
The Portuguese and Dutch Law shall apply to all matters governed by these conditions.
In the event of a dispute, in the interpretation or application of these conditions, and also in the interpretation and execution of contracts concluded through the website, the forum of the Lisbon district is competent, with express waiver of any other.
